1. Free Trial

We offer a free plan or] trial minutes so you can test the Service before purchasing. We encourage all users to try the free version first.

2 videos under 5 minutes are included in out free plan ready for voice AI generation.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • A technical issue prevented you from using the paid features, and our support team could not resolve it within 7 days.
  • You were mistakenly charged multiple times for the same plan.

Refunds are not available if:

  • You simply changed your mind after purchase.
  • You used more than 50% of your subscription quota.
  • You violated our Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@usavibe.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your transaction ID, payment email, and a short explanation.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Third-Party Billing

If your payment was made through a third-party platform (like Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe), their refund policy may also apply.
